Ding, Ding, Ding! Dinner Bell!

One thing that has always been very important to Martha is sustainability and reducing waste. She uses local produce from family owned farms in an effort to give back to the community.

While Chef Martha and Chef Zach prep their delicious foods, they collect the scraps from the fruits, veggies, and eggs, then we ladies get them!




We love it when the humans have food scraps for us. It helps to keep our diet interesting and varied. During the summer time market fresh melons are one of our favorite things. Every once in a while we get an extra special treat of cake scraps! We don’t get them often, which is fine because they aren’t the healthiest, but when we do, they are demolished in minutes!

Even the boys like to get in on the food scrap action!
